Exclusive, neo-baroque architecture.

The collaboration with the investor involved creating a small visual identity system, which included: Logo, Business cards, Presentation folder, Advertising brochure & Website

The prestigious location of the building, its exclusive interiors, and, most importantly, the target clients – the tenants – required the creation of a minimalist and unique communication form. The deep, dark green combined with gold foil emphasized the rich character of the building and its interiors, creating an elegant and sophisticated visual identity that resonates with the high-end nature of the property.

The goal of the project was to create a synergy between the number 6 and the building’s structure, as well as the style of pre-war typography through custom modifications of certain letter details.

The history of the property, accompanied by beautiful visualizations of the interiors and facades created by the Architectural Studio 1050 (1050.pl), has been enhanced with interactive floor plans and room selection features. Navigation and information are further improved with a reservation system and the status of apartments, which can be accessed through downloadable PDF property cards.
