Modern terraced housing development in Kamionki, near Poznań.

The collaboration with the developer involved creating a compact visual identity system, including a logo, presentation folder, promotional brochure, and website.

The graphic communication was designed to emphasize the development’s location directly adjacent to a forest. This inspired the use of a light, openwork logo structure and a natural, earth-toned color palette.

Logotype

The objective was to combine the distinctive architectural form of the housing estate with its green surroundings and the project's name.
